- Item 5A: Report from Inframark on Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations.

6. Recreation Committee (Jacoby, May & Owatt)
- Item 6A: Nathans Divide — Update on reservoir access road improvements and float dock installation.
- Item 6B: Memorial Field Improvements — Progress on infield leveling and new mix installation.
7. Street Committee (Ball, Houser & Owatt)
- Item 7A: 2020 Sidewalk Project — Update on East Crawford Street progress.
- Item 7B: Fairview Street — Discussion of encroachments, zoning violations, and potential street opening. Recommended action: Notify affected property owners to confine improvements within their property lines.
8. Administration Committee (Houser, Jacoby & Kuhar)
- Item 10G: Ebensburg Planning Commission — No activity reported.
- Item 10H: Ebensburg Zoning Board — Variance request for front yard fence at 609 East Crawford Street (Kaufmann) was denied.
