Public Comments (First Segment) Members of the public may comment on any item appearing on the agenda. 1. Swimming Pool The Governor has allowed community swimming pools to open during “yellow” conditions, if they follow official guidance. Staff will discuss with Council whether to open the pool and under what rules or precautions. Recommended Action: Dependent on discussion. 2. Events Once the borough/county moves to “green” condition (expected soon), Council will decide if events like Downtown Shutdown, Homecoming, and PotatoFest can safely happen. Staff will lead a general discussion on this topic. Recommended Action: Dependent on discussion. 3. Media Comments/Questions Media representatives are invited to ask questions or make comments on any issue — even those not on the agenda. 4. Public Comments (Second Segment) Members of the public may comment on any issues — whether or not they’re on the agenda. 5. Adjournment Meeting will conclude after final items.
