  • Item 8B (Resolution #2022-01): A resolution to update the detailed list of trees approved for planting in tree lawns, based on input from landscape professionals.

  • Item 11F (Ordinance #663): Adoption of a Guaranty Agreement for a PENNVEST loan.
    • Project: High Street Waterline replacement.
    • Funding: PENNVEST approved a grant of $1,265,610 and a loan of $1,505,765.
    • Loan Terms: 20 years; 1% interest for the first five years, then 1. 743% thereafter.
  • Item 11G (Resolution #2022-02): Authorization to apply for an $85,000 Statewide Local Share Account Grant.
    • Beneficiary: Dauntless Fire Company.
    • Purpose: Refinishing floors at the firehall.
  • Item 11G (Resolution #2022-03): Authorization to apply for a $300,000 Statewide Local Share Account Grant.
    • Purpose: Rehabilitation of the Community Pool.
