Administration of Oaths of Office Mayor Datsko will administer oaths to: Newly elected Councilors: Jeff Ball and Michael Owatt Re-elected Councilors: Dave Kuhar and Cecilia Houser 2. Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance Led by Mayor Datsko. 3. Public Comments Public invited to comment on any agenda item. 4. Election of Council President Nominations opened by Mayor; no second required. Voting done one nominee at a time via voice vote. Majority wins; Mayor votes only to break ties. 5. Election of Council Vice-President Same procedure as President. Once both officers are elected, the new President assumes chair from Mayor. 6. Administrative Appointments (to be handled by incoming Council President) 3A: Appoint Pawlowski, Long & Gribler as Borough Solicitor 3B: Appoint Borough Manager as Secretary/Treasurer 3C: Appoint Borough Manager as Zoning Officer 3D: Appoint Borough Manager as Property Maintenance Enforcement Officer 3E: Appoint L. R. Kimball as Borough Engineer 3F: Designate depositories: First National Bank, First Commonwealth Bank, AmeriServ Financial Bank, 1st Summit Bank, and PLGIT 7. Appointments to Authorities, Boards & Commissions May be made individually or by single motion: 4A: Reappoint Eric Rummel to Ebensburg Municipal Authority (5-year term, expires 12/2024) 4B: Reappoint Mike Bradley to Ebensburg Planning Commission (4-year term, expires 12/2023) 4C: Reappoint Carol Rummel to Ebensburg Zoning Hearing Board (3-year term, expires 12/2022) 4D: Reappoint John Paul Houser and Lisa Shirt to Ebensburg Main Street Partnership (5-year terms, expire 12/2024) 4E: Reappoint Samantha Kemock to Ebensburg Recreation Board (5-year term, expires 12/2024) 4F: Reappoint Ron Stempka to Ebensburg Civil Service Commission (6-year term, expires 12/2025) 4G: Appoint Charles Moyer to Vacancy Board (1-year term, expires 12/2020) 4H: Reappoint John Hawksworth and Chief Mike Sheehan to Central Cambria Emergency Management Council (1-year terms, expire 12/2020) 4I: Reappoint Borough Manager as delegate to Cambria Somerset Council of Governments 4J: Reappoint Borough Manager as delegate and Mary Ann Kaschalk (Central Cambria School District Business Manager) as alternate to Cambria County Tax Collection Committee 4K: Reappoint Tracy Strom as delegate and Borough Manager as alternate to Cambria County Sewage Enforcement Agency 4L: Reappoint Borough Manager as delegate and Tracy Strom as alternate to Laurel Municipal Inspection Agency 8.
