Administration of Oaths of Office Mayor Datsko will administer oaths to: Newly elected Councilors: Jeff Ball and Michael Owatt Re-elected Councilors: Dave Kuhar and Cecilia Houser 2. Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance Led by Mayor Datsko. 3. Public Comments Public invited to comment on any agenda item. 4. Election of Council President Nominations opened by Mayor; no second required. Voting done one nominee at a time via voice vote. Majority wins; Mayor votes only to break ties. 5. Election of Council Vice-President Same procedure as President. Once both officers are elected, the new President assumes chair from Mayor. 6. Administrative Appointments (to be handled by incoming Council President) 3A: Appoint Pawlowski, Long & Gribler as Borough Solicitor 3B: Appoint Borough Manager as Secretary/Treasurer 3C: Appoint Borough Manager as Zoning Officer 3D: Appoint Borough Manager as Property Maintenance Enforcement Officer 3E: Appoint L. R. Kimball as Borough Engineer 3F: Designate depositories: First National Bank, First Commonwealth Bank, AmeriServ Financial Bank, 1st Summit Bank, and PLGIT 7.
