4th of July Parade Entry Form

This document serves as the official entry form for the 4th of July Parade in Ebensburg, PA. The event is part of the "America’s 250th Anniversary Celebration. "

Submission Details

• Deadline: Friday, April 30, 2026.

• Notification: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Entrants will be notified via phone or email regarding their approval status.

Registration Requirements

Participants must complete the entry form with the following information:

• Participating Department/Group name.
• Onsite Contact Person.
• Address and Email/Phone number.
• Description of the parade entry.
• Approximate number of vehicles and walkers.

Rules and Regulations

Participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Check-in: Approved participants must report to the designated line-up area at the Ebensburg Public Library (225 W. Highland Avenue) between 9:00 am and 9:45 am.
• Prohibited Items: No weapons of any kind are permitted.
• Content Restrictions:
  • No offensive symbols or language (including those construed as offensive).
  • No political advertisements.
• Registration: Onsite registration is not permitted; all entries must be submitted by the deadline.
• Ordering: A parade manager will check in with each group and assign their position in the parade order.
• Discretion: Organizers reserve the right to remove any entries that do not match their application description, are inappropriate/offensive/dangerous, or do not align with the purpose of honoring veterans.
• Changes: Rules and regulations are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the organizers.
