Setup/Cleanup Organizer sets up party with staff assistance (tables/chairs retrieved). Must place all trash/debris in dumpsters on-site. Failure to clean up results in an additional cleaning fee . Liability By signing, you agree to indemnify YPCC and its employees for damages, loss, or injury. If property is lost/damaged due to attendees, the $50 security deposit is forfeited . Cancellations Must cancel at least two weeks prior to reservation date. Late cancellations result in loss of the $50 security deposit . Security Deposit Return The $50 deposit will be returned or applied to rental fee if no property damage occurs by event end.
